This role will involve collecting, storing, and interpreting data in a meaningful and clear way to deliver actionable insights for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Drive strategic data science initiatives to solve key business challenges and identify opportunities. Apply independent judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for data science projects, managing the end-to-end process from problem definition to model implementation. Collaborate with product teams to identify key questions and issues for data analysis and experimentation. Design, develop, and implement algorithms and processes to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse big data sources. Influence and set technical standards and best practices across the data science team. Contribute creatively to achieving company objectives through innovative knowledge and broad analytics experience. Foster innovation by exploring and integrating emerging technologies and methodologies. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Build formal networks to foster coordination among different teams. Qualifications: Masters degree (or equivalent experience) in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. A PhD is preferred. Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL. Deep understanding of data science model development and advanced machine learning expertise is highly preferred. Ability to independently execute and deliver high-impact data science projects. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong background in data analysis, data modeling, and statistics. Excellent collaboration skills with experience working across multiple functions. Experience with large-scale data infrastructure and deployment in cloud environments (preferred). Familiarity with advanced data engineering tools and frameworks (preferred). Experience in strategic planning and influencing business strategy using data science (preferred).
