This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of key projects that enhance our digital presence and compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will Lead and manage the following workstreams: Marketplace Acceleration: Develop a global marketplace platform in Azure, working with a unified team to provide clear advantages for customers and sellers. Me@Supply Chain: Create a unified experience for Stores & Supply Chain Company Associates. Enhanced Food Traceability Regulation for US: Ensure compliance with the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act regulation and explore opportunities to create additional business value and differentiation. Responsibilities: 1. Enterprise Agile Program Management- Manage large, complex programs in an Agile environment 2. Should have experience with Microsoft Azure software development projects. A Microsoft TPM may manage more than one project. 3. Align with the program team on vision, goals, and securing cross-functional team commitments. 4. Lead stakeholder meetings to make key decisions, remove obstacles, and address program issues. 5. Maintain visibility on program status (decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics) for all stakeholders. 6. Remove obstacles hindering program outcomes. 7. Manage integration of new and existing technologies. 8. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and learning team environment. 9.
