Share me resume at [email protected] Role: Sr. Oracle HCM Financial Technical Architect Location - Remote Need candidate from banking industry This role involves designing, developing, implementing, and supporting complex Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) and Financials solutions to meet diverse business needs. As a technical expert, you will collaborate with stakeholders, functional teams, and project managers to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions while adhering to best practices and organizational standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Design and Development Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust technical designs for Oracle HCM and Financial modules. Develop and customize Oracle Cloud modules, including: Integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Reports with OTBI, BI Publisher, and FRS. Extensions through Application Development Framework (ADF) and Page Composer. Build and configure Oracle HCM workflows, fast formulas, and other HR-specific technical components. Develop financial solutions, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management. 2. Implementation and Deployment Lead or participate in the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, and go-live activities. Perform impact analysis and retrofitting for periodic Oracle Cloud updates. Provide technical leadership during implementation projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and quality expectations. 3. Integration and Data Management Design, build, and maintain system integrations between Oracle HCM/Financials and third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs. Lead efforts in data conversion, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities for HCM and Financial modules. Ensure data integrity through validation checks and cleansing processes. 4. System Support and Maintenance Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across HCM and Financial modules. Monitor system performance and optimize configurations to ensure high availability and responsiveness. Collaborate with Oracle Support for issue resolution and service requests. 5. Documentation and Standards Prepare detailed technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration guides, and end-user manuals. Define and enforce technical standards, ensuring all solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational guidelines. 6. Collaboration and Communication Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and project managers to understand business needs and deliver end-to-end solutions. Provide guidance to junior consultants and team members, fostering knowledge-sharing and skills development. Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 7. Continuous Learning and Innovation Stay updated on the latest Oracle Cloud innovations, releases, and industry trends. Evaluate and recommend new tools, techniques, and best practices to enhance solution efficiency and quality. Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and system improvements. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree preferred. Experience: Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM and Financials as a technical consultant. Demonstrated success in implementing Oracle Cloud applications across multiple projects or organizations. Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Absence Management, Payroll, and Benefits. Advanced knowledge of Oracle Financials modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM. Proficiency in: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for developing integrations. BI Publisher, OTBI, and FRS for reporting. SQL and PL/SQL for custom queries and scripts. REST and SOAP APIs for integration. Data migration tools like HDL (HCM Data Loader) and FBDI (File-Based Data Import). Experience with Oracle security and role configurations. Oracle Cloud Certification in HCM and Financials. Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Experience with advanced tools such as Smart View and Enterprise Command Centers (ECC). Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues. Work Environment: Remote, or Hybrid as per project requirements. May involve occasional travel to client locations for meetings, workshops, or project go-live support.
