Roles & Responsibilities: We are seeking experienced AEM Technical Product Managers/Product Owners . The selected candidates will be responsible for driving the product development lifecycle and ensuring successful implementation of Adobe technologies for a consumer-facing mobile app. Key responsibilities include: Requirement Gathering: Capture business requirements from the clients product team and collaborate with Adobe engineers and developers. Platform Expertise: Lead efforts to build personalized and contextual experiences leveraging Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Analytics, and other key Adobe products. Agile Product Management: Guide and manage product backlogs, prioritize development sprints, and ensure the timely delivery of features and functionalities. Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to build and integrate solutions within the Adobe ecosystem, particularly in mobile app development. Personalization and Contextualization: Focus on enhancing the customer experience through personalization strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Core Platform Skills: AEM, AEP, AJO, OD, Adobe Analytics, Pega NBA. Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in product development and product management, with a focus on Adobe platforms. Agile Experience: Strong experience in managing Agile product development processes. Location: Onshore only (US and Canada). Mobile App Development: Knowledge and experience in mobile app development in the context of personalization.
