Expert level understanding of risk management, compliance, and governance principles, with hands-on experience in Archer solutions such as: Issue Management, Policy Management, Privacy Controls, Risk Register, and Risk Assessment. You will be a key contributor supporting the Archer Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform with Fidelitys Enterprise Technology team. The Expertise and Skills You Bring Minimum 8 years experience in development, maintenance, testing, and support of Archer 6.x GRC applications including and not limited to designing complex On-Demand Applications (ODAs), and complex workflows. 9 + years experience in Information Security, Information Technology, security controls, and GRC industry best practices. Expert level understanding of risk management, compliance, and governance principles, with hands-on experience in Archer solutions such as: Issue Management, Policy Management, Privacy Controls, Risk Register, and Risk Assessment. Strong command of web technologies including CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and XML, with the ability to develop custom solutions within the Archer platform. Experience in creating calculated Fields, Reports, iView's, Advanced Workflows and Dashboards for various programs and processes as well custom reporting, configuring Access Controls, Record Permission, Data Driven Events & Notifications. Expertise with integrating Archer with other tools/systems via advanced Data Feeds and RESTful APIs. Translates user needs into technical specifications by understanding, conceptualizing, and facilitating technical requirements from users. Robust critical thinking skills, coupled with a desire for growth, to learn and engage with peers in technical and design discussions. Passion to provide guidance on standard methodologies and mentoring support to the other developers. Experience with Snowflake, Power BI and Python integration is a plus. GRC Risk certifications (CRISC, CSIM, CISSP, GRCP) is nice to have.
