Experience working with global stakeholders. Demonstrated skill as a leader with experience on end-to-end Implementation cycle, conduct assessment workshops related to existing implementation, running design workshop preparation, perform fit-gap analysis, AS-IS and TO-BE business process designs Demonstrate a deep understanding , functional and hands-on experience in Demantra, ASCP environment setups, functionality, integrations. Developing a blueprint and roadmap for the future state Ability to effectively manage stakeholders, teams, timelines, and communication streams, ensuring the successful execution of projects and tasks. Review existing customizations/integration, analyze and design transformation within Demantra/ASCP/supply & demand planning area. Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills in English, effectively conveying technical information to diverse audiences. Ability to grasp business functions, processes, and terminology, enabling to align and understand gap in existing solutions. Thrive in a team-oriented environment that spans regions across the globe, collaborating effectively with colleagues from various backgrounds. Demonstrate the ability to work independently, taking initiative to drive projects and tasks to successful completion. Primary Skills: Demantra, Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Blue Yonder Strong knowledge of supply and demand forecasting. Though leader with ability to bring in industry expertise Secondary Skills: BOM, INV, Shipping, Costing.
