Position: Atlassian Product Manager Location: United States (Remote) Duration: 6-12Months Interview: Video Job Description: Responsibilities: Lead the integration of Jira, Confluence, Atlas, and other Atlassian tools into existing systems to streamline workflows across teams. Define and implement best practices for using Atlassian tools, focusing on standardization across all departments. Spearhead the cleanup and optimization of existing Jira and Confluence instances to improve usability, performance, and consistency. Automate repetitive processes and workflows using Jira and Confluence to increase productivity and reduce manual work. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and customize Atlassian tools to align with business goals. Manage the roll-out of new tools, features, and integrations, ensuring smooth transitions and effective adoption across the organization. Provide training and support for end-users to maximize their productivity using Atlassian tools. Ensure compliance with best practices and standards, monitoring the performance and effectiveness of implemented solutions. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in the use of Atlassian tools. Requirements: Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and Atlas. Expertise in tool integration and standardization across multiple systems. Proven experience in automating workflows and processes using Atlassian tools. Ability to clean up and optimize existing tool configurations, enhancing efficiency. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and how Atlassian tools support Agile practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and departments. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Experience in project management or leading cross-functional teams is a plus. Preferred: Experience with Atlassian Cloud and Server Data Center.
