Experience in Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI reporting. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM security and integration with other Oracle Cloud modules and third-party systems. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Prior experience with cloud-based HCM implementations and customizations is a plus.
