JOB TITLE: Tableau Developer JOB LOCATION: Quincy, Massachusetts - 4 days onsite and 1 day remote/week DURATION: Initial 6-Month Contract WORK SCHEDULE: 8 AM - 5 PM EST INTERVIEW PROCESS: 2 Rounds REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Highly skilled Tableau developer Excellent Data analysis skills. Requirement gathering Self-starter, Quick to learn new tasks, able to create reports for senior management Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business needs. Analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for reporting and analytics projects. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting thorough data validation and troubleshooting. Assist in defining key performance indicator and reporting metrics. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in Tableau development, including dashboard design and optimization. 6+ Year in experience in BI Tools and 3+ years of working experience in TABLEAU DESKTOP and TABLEAU Prep. Demonstrated ability to Design, load and performance tune the STAR schema data model from the flat files. Good Knowledge on SQL and data engineering best practices. Ensure data accuracy using data governance best practices. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Ability to perform business analysis tasks, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis. Detail-Oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and visualization. Excellent communication and verbal communication skills. Working experience on Microsoft PowerBI is a plus.
