Role : Servicenow Developer/operation support

Location : Remote

EXP : 8+

Mandatory skills : 3-5 yrs ServiceNow Support & Development (primarily Support)

Job Description :

Responsibilities:

Individual will be on a mixed (onshore/offshore) support team covering the ServiceNow application. 

This role involves handling Incident Tickets, Problem Tickets, Service Requests and Change Requests and will require the individual to be on call during their regular rotation (~1 week/month).
