Position: Avaya Engineer Location: Hybrid (2 days per week on-site) - Orlando, FL, United States Duration: 6-12Months Interview: Video Job Description: Summary: We are looking for a long term Avaya Telecom Engineer/Architect who can help us support our on-prem phone system connected to 15,000 phones in 300 buildings throughout Orange County. We have a mixture of VOIP, Digital, Analog, and 4 core PBXs. Part of the job requires on-site work, but much of it can be performed remotely (50/50). Will be troubleshooting, upgrading, and integrating servers. Day-to-day moves/adds/changes and handset installations are typically performed by other team members. This position will provide next-level support to the other team members. A successful candidate would have experience equivalent to Avaya Tier 3 support.
