Qualifications MANDATORY QUALIFICATION Minimum four (4) years with ServiceNow Platform Administration Minimum (4) years with implementation of ServiceNow Platform Minimum (4) years experience with design of ServiceNow Platform Minimum four (4) years with ServiceNow Customer Service Management CSM) Expert-level understanding of all ServiceNow Modules Minimum five (5) years experience CMDB Design and implementation Minimum five (5) years experience with CMDB Governance. Minimum five (5) years experience Managing and updating CMDB ServiceNow Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Minimum (5) years with Design, development, administration and support of ServiceNow ITSM. Minimum (4) years experience with creating ServiceNow Catalog items with workflows, automation and approvals. Minimum (4) years experience with Developing and administering ServiceNow Change Management Minimum (4) years experience with Developing and administering Minimum (4) years experience with Developing and administering Minimum (4) years experience with Developing and administering Incident Management Minimum (4) years experience with Employee Center and Search optimization Minimum (4) years experience with deploying Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for Requests, Incidents, and Cases ServiceNow Workspace Delivery (WSD) Minimum Four (4) years experience Space mapping and space management Minimum Four (4) years experience with administering Workspace Reservation management module, calendar synchronization Minimum Four (4) years experience Workplace indoor mapping ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). IT Process Improvement Minimum of four (4) years experience with automating legacy IT processes into ServiceNow DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION 1. A minimum (4) years experience with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) process and concepts. 2. A Minimum of (4) years expert-level experience in ServiceNow Integration with third-party systems such as LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, Salesforce using REST, SOAP, or MID Server. 3. A minimum of (4) years experience with communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and provide technical guidance and support. 4. A minimum of four (4) years experience in infrastructure technology implementations. 5. A minimum four (4) years with Microsoft Active Directory Administration experience. 6.
