Gap Analysis: Conduct a detailed analysis to identify gaps in the current understanding of the Tentpole QA DRI role, including alignment between different teams (e.g., quality, engineering, PMO) and inconsistencies in role execution. Role Documentation: Strong in creating slides , Keynote and confluence documentation. Should develop a detailed document that clearly defines the core responsibilities, daily tasks, performance metrics, and success criteria for Tentpole QA DRIs. Stakeholder Alignment: Lead efforts to socialize and refine the Tentpole QA DRI role description by gathering feedback from stakeholders, including engineering managers, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams. Deliverables: Defined roles and responsibilities for Tentpole Quality DRIs Defined engagement model between Tentpole Management team and key stakeholders. Change management plan and associated deliverables (roadshow deck, training/documentation) to ensure adoption of new way of working. Position: 3 Job Title: Global Rollout Project Manager Location: San Jose, CA (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Summary: Customer is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the global rollout of key initiatives across our Corporate spaces. This contractor role will focus on implementing systems and processes that enhance our operational and Maintenance experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex global rollouts. Key Responsibilities: Manage the global rollout of systems and tools, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and operational needs. Develop and maintain project plans, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful implement Collaborate with engineering, operations, and regional stakeholders to ensure that requirements are met and issues are promptly resolved. Oversee data integration and system dependencies and resolve gaps before implementation Drive process improvements, particularly around efficiencies while maintaining current timelines Facilitate stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issue resolution. Ability to work global hours to manage international teams and stakeholders Position: 4 Job Title: RF Engineer Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Summary: We are seeking a skilled RF Engineer to join our team in Cupertino. As part of our team, you will be responsible for executing RF characterization, conducting OTA antenna measurements, automating test systems, and optimizing RF designs. If you have a passion for RF technology and possess strong technical skills, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: Execute RF characterization and test plans using RF lab equipment. Conduct OTA antenna measurements and collect RF parametric data. Prototype design iterations to improve product performance. Analyze and interpret collected data to optimize RF designs. Automate test systems to streamline processes and increase efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
