Role: Senior Scrum Master / Product Owner (Cybersecurity) Location: : Louisville, KY (Permanent Remote ) Duration: 6+ months of Contract with Possible extension Max Budget : $46/hr on c2c or $40/hr on w2 Description: As a pivotal leader in our cybersecurity initiatives, the Senior Scrum Master / Product Owner will facilitate and guide the development of critical security products. This role combines the rigorous task management of a Scrum Master with the strategic vision of a Product Owner, tailored towards enhancing our cybersecurity posture. NOTE: Requires candidate to reside in either the eastern or central time zones of the United States. Key Responsibilities: Sprint Planning and Management: Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to ensure clarity and productivity among the team. Backlog Management: Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, focusing on critical cybersecurity enhancements and ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between cybersecurity teams and other stakeholders, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and met. Risk Management: Proactively identify and address cybersecurity risks associated with product development. Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the scrum process and product impact on cybersecurity posture.
