Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules specifically ITAM (SAM + HAM) Experience with scripting in ServiceNow (JavaScript, Glide API). Familiarity with ITIL concepts and processes. Experience in integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools (via REST/SOAP APIs). ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist SAM, HAM is a plus Experience with additional ServiceNow modules like ITOM, CMDB, ITSM.
