At least 2 End to End implementation experience in SF Employee Central with Time Off & Timesheet and Benefits. Understanding of business processes related to Core HR. Strong experience in EC implementation project and collaboratively work with team across remote locations. Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers. Good knowledge in handling Succession and Corporate Data models, should have configured MDF, Foundation objects. Experience in creating workflows, Business rules as per the business needs. Experience in integrating EC with other modules like RCM, PMGM, etc. Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements.
