From: shrasti singh, vyzeinc [email protected] Reply to:   [email protected] Job Description -  Silicon FA Engineer Location: Austin, TX (Onsite) Duration: Contract Interview process : MS Teams Video Mode / 2 round Minimum Qualifications:       BSEE or equivalent degree of Engineering or physics and a proven track record in performing failure analysis of IC devices and module level FA. Hands-on proficiency with Physical and Electrical Failure Analysis at Silicon level. Knowledge and proficiency with board level FA. Perform day to day activities for device-level and system level FA. Perform Electrical Fault isolation using multiple FA tools. Produce technical reports of failure analysis findings. Evaluate and maintain new equipment and techniques related to failure analysis. Hands on experience with EFA tools such as LIT, TDR, FIB, SEM, RIE, CMP, MIP, and decapsulation, sample preparation and Emission microscopy, Laser scan microscopy, micro-probing and Nano-probing.
