This is a combination of testing and system analyst responsibilities. we are looking for very detailed oriented middle lever software tester, experience in using Azure DevOps with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A bi-lingual ( English and Spanish) is plus. Has an immediate opening for a detailed oriented technical writer and quality assurance engineer to join a high-performing Agile team, delivering a public-facing, mission-essential for our end client. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Attend requirement gathering sessions, analyze and document all the customer requirements. Communicate the system and functional requirements with the development team and other junior testers. Conducting an evaluation of software systems activities, including requirements, design, development, documentation, integration, test, verification, and validation. Defining appropriate measures to ensure product quality. Developing overall operating criteria to ensure implementation of the software quality program according to project, process, and contract requirements and objectives. Work expertise in a variety of software QA concepts, practices, and procedures Write and maintain test plans, test cases, and test processes in Azur Devops Conduct manual functional testing, regression testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing Interact with developers and management to track and report issues from discovery to resolution Follow up on defects and regression testing to improve product quality and provide input on factors influencing product excellence. Experience with managing and reporting on testing activities in Azure DevOps. Job Location: Rockville MD. Employment: Full time / Part-time Years of Experience: 3+ Education: Bachelor / Masters with any Testing Certification preferred.
