Role: Performance QA Lead Location: El Segundo, CA (Initially Remote) Duration: 6+ months Job Description Must have at least 10-12 years of experience in performance testing with at least 5 years of experience in managing & handling multiple Performance Test engagement in Parallel Strong experience in Performance Engineering and Performance Testing Tasks for engaged projects - including strategy, estimation, planning, execution oversight, metrics reporting and risk management. String Team Managing & customer handling experience. Must have knowledge & Exposure on CI/CD , Agile & Devops methodology Knowledge on Cloud application & approach towards performance testing is must Strong Experience in devising Performance Test strategy aligning to the business goals Strong experience in monitoring various web and application servers Experience in Mobile Performance & Engineering activities. Responsible for selecting/maintaining and integrating the appropriate set of tools, processes, and procedures to ensure overall testing efficiency and effectiveness. Evaluate system performance, compare with baseline metrics for a relative change on a build / release basis. Identify, recommend, and implement framework, strategies, and toolsets to optimize test execution, expand test coverage, and reduce risk. Experience to define and drive the performance test approach and methodology for enterprise solutions Excellent communication & trouble shooting skills to identify performance bottle necks Strong Knowledge of current industry wide Quality & Test processes and practices, Tools and techniques. Proficient in using monitoring tools using native OS tools, AppDynamics Experience on the monitoring both Server Side as well on Client side is needed Good debugging knowledge on Performance Test scripts developed with tools like JMeter, Load runner etc Bottom-line responsibility for providing thought leadership and expertise concerning Non-Functional Testing. Analyze the CPU Utilization, Memory usage, Network usage, Garbage Collection and DB Parameters and DB Reports to verify the performance of the applications. Review Performance test metrics such as Performance graphs, session reports and other related documentation required for validation and analysis. Coordinate with Business & Project & highlight the issues related to NFT. Enable & bring in industry best practices , templates and improve the ROI.
