Additionally, the ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with React for front-end development to collaborate effectively in a full-stack environment. Required Skills: Strong Java development experience. Proficiency in React for front-end development. Expertise in Spring Framework. Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms, Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift. Advanced understanding of architecture and design principles across systems. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience working in collaborative teams and multitasking effectively. Leverage tools like Splunk and Dynatrace for system monitoring and troubleshooting (preferred). Previous retail exp. is required. Good to Have: Familiarity with Splunk and Dynatrace tools for monitoring and performance optimization.
