Title : Salesforce Marketing Cloud SME Location : Remote Key Responsibilities: Serve as an SME for Interaction Studio (MC Personalization) and CDP. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute strategies for multichannel campaigns, including advanced personalization, segmentation, and 360-degree customer journeys. Partner with business teams to conceptualize and deliver personalized campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes. Design and develop site maps, templates, and reusable components to streamline campaign execution and scalability. Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization with third-party systems to enhance functionality and provide seamless data flow. Create and maintain clear system architecture documentation to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and well understood. Lead and facilitate client workshops to gather requirements, align on project goals, and deliver tailored, actionable solutions. Continuously stay updated on Marketing Cloud Personalization trends, emerging best practices, and new features to optimize solution delivery and performance. Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, specifically in Interaction Studio (formerly Everage)." Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for solution design and implementation. Experience with the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (preferred). Active Salesforce certifications and accreditations are a plus. Experience working in SCRUM teams with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Customer Experience Platforms (CXPs) and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) is highly desirable. Exceptional logical reasoning abilities combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
