Job Title Sr NICE Developer | | API Integration Developer Duration (in words) 2 Months C2C Rate $55 Location New York, New York Work schedule details: Remote Status: No Responsibilities: Lead technical resources for NICE CXone implementations (NICE IS A MUST) Create technical documentation for detailed designs as per the business requirements. Ownership and responsibility for E2E design of the CCaaS architecture including, Routing strategy, ACD and IVR design, API and data integrations and AI Solutions Design and maintain reusable code libraries. Advise on testing strategy and provide input into test plans. Responsible for estimating and overseeing technical efforts for all phases of the project.
