Responsibilities: Re-image Windows computers using enterprise re-imaging software Troubleshoot user accounts to ensure theyre able to connect and authenticate network services Remote management, support, troubleshooting and end-user support of laptops and users Troubleshoot Windows computers software and hardware Install software applications and customize software for individual users Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software end-user administration (i.e. account creation, unlocking, password changes, attribute changes, etc.) Provide phone and online troubleshooting, resolution and support of remote technical users Required Skills Knowledge of Windows software and hardware Knowledge Zscaler software Knowledge of Active Directory end-user administration Knowledge/experience installing, supporting, troubleshooting laptop computers Knowledge/experience installing software on laptop computers Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues on laptop computers Knowledge/experience providing remote end-user support Keywords: |
