Responsibilities include: Leading configuration and customization of the SAP PTP module to align with the client's S/4 HANA transformation goals. Performing end-to-end process analysis to optimize procurement workflows, from Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO), Goods Receipt (GR), and Service Entry Sheet (SES). Ensuring robust integration of PR to PO to GR/SES with Vendor Pay (Accounts Payable) processes, streamlining vendor payments. Developing and executing functional specifications for system enhancements, ensuring compliance with federal standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive fit-to-standard evaluations with minimal customization, aligning with client strategies. Participating in testing, training, and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new processes by end users.
