The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules and expertise in TSoM processes, enabling seamless integration and automation for telecommunications services. Key Responsibilities: 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow development and implementation. In-depth understanding of Telecommunications Service Operations Management (TSoM). Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and familiarity with Glide API. Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs. Solid understanding of ITSM and ITOM frameworks. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
