You will help establish, launch and lead multiple Agile teams in a period of enormous change and excitement for Prudential. Manage the flow of value for the Agile Release Train (ART) using tools like Jira and Miro Work very closely with Chief Product Owner, Solution Architect, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment Establish and communicate calendars for iterations and program increments Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning, PI Pre-Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos and other relevant ART-level syncs and ceremonies Synthesize, track and communicate PI Objectives, risks, dependencies, and key milestones with all stakeholders Experience in Agile delivery and implementation Experience as Release Train Engineer Fluency in multiple Agile methodologies and proven experience in scaling and implementation across teams of various maturities including start-ups Experience navigating matrixed businesses and functions at all organizational levels, including senior leadership Keywords: green card wtwo New Jersey Release Train Engineer [email protected] |
