In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for not only guiding the technical direction of projects but also actively participating in development tasks. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, mentor junior developers, and ensure the successful delivery of Mendix solutions. Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Mendix applications, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions. Serve as the technical lead for Mendix projects, providing guidance and expertise to the development team. Actively participate in handson development tasks, leveraging your expertise in Mendix Studio Pro, Mendix Studio, and associated technologies. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering their growth and development in Mendix development best practices. Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and enforce coding standards to ensure code quality and maintainability. Identify technical risks and challenges, and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Stay updated on the latest Mendix developments, trends, and best practices, and champion their adoption within the organization.
