Scope of Services Provider will perform the following Services under this PSOW: 1. Azure Stack HCI Services Milestone 1 - Review and Design: Review Azure Stack HCI Cluster Work in this section has been completed: (Customer) Networking - VM / Management Traffic / VNETS (Customer) WAC Access - From cloud & on-prem (Deploy WAC ) (Microsoft Fast Track) Register WAC to Azure (Microsoft Fast Track) Create and configure Azure Stack HCI cluster. (Microsoft Fast Track) Register HCI cluster to Azure. (Microsoft Fast Track) Install all required extensions. (Microsoft Fast Track) Deploy Azure Arc resource bridge. Networking - Global Routing Microsoft Fast Track) Network Resource Requirement (VNET/Subnets, VWAN, Onprem routing, Public IP) Microsoft Fast Track) Configure remote site connectivity(ExpressRoute/IPSec gateway) Microsoft Fast Track) Frontdoor vs Application gateway(WAF included) Microsoft Fast Track) Create Frontdoor/App gateway and test sample routing (deploy a test VM to test the traffic routing to Azure Stack HCI) (Customer) Review Application components (Customer) AKS - Cluster sizing / requirements based on App. (Customer) HA Proxy / Ingress networking requirement. (Customer) Persistent volument requirement (Customer) Validate deployment tools and pipeline integration. (Customer) Validate AKS deployment pre-req on Azure Stack HCI (Customer) Define RBAC binding. Milestone 2 - Platform Readiness (2.0 Weeks): AKS and required resources deployment. Deploy the Azure Kubernetes Services Management Cluster i.e. AKS Host (Customer) Deploy Arc connected registry. Deploy a workload cluster, scale it and enable the Azure Arc connection. Connecting to workload cluster with Kubectl Configure Azure Ad authentication. Configure Azure RBAC (Customer) Configure monitoring (Observability) File Share readiness Deploy File shares on VMs (Linux VMs on Azure Stack HCI) Azure Virtual Desktop Create Host pools and Workspaces. Create Session hosts on cluster. Join machine to the domain, download AVD infra-agents, register VM's to Host pool. optionally configure profile container for AVD Enable MS Defender for Cloud on ARC Enabled Machines Milestone 3 - Handover & closure (1 Week): Knowledge transition & handover Azure Stack HCI cluster operations review Review AKS cluster deployments steps Review Global routing.
