In this role, you will play a key part in delivering successful SAP SuccessFactors implementations for our clients. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring solutions, and supporting clients throughout the entire project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions. Support customers in defining, redesigning, and documenting business processes. Lead requirements gathering workshops. [Highlight] Analyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization. Solution Design & Implementation: [Highlight] Design solutions and estimate efforts to solve identified gaps, prioritize gaps and design the implementation plan (pilot, phased, big-bang approach). [Highlight] Build prototypes: implement the solution and test environment. [Highlight] Define the testing approach, development of test scripts, execution of test scripts, gaps recording and resolution. [Highlight] Finalize configuration: migrate solution to productive environment, perform cut over activities. Project Management & Delivery: Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of implementation projects. [Highlight] Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients. Assisting in defining the scope of a project/opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelines. [Highlight] Update and maintain project tasks using relevant systems. Attend Sprint planning, Retrospective and Reviews. Support & Maintenance: Assist in Production support tickets and year end activities in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM. Knowledge Management: Complete and maintain workbooks. Required Skills: [Highlight] Strong understanding of various modules of SuccessFactors: Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Time Off, Payroll, Reporting, Integration Center and CPI. [Highlight] Proven experience in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP SuccessFactors EC solutions. [Highlight] Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members. [Highlight] Project management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
