The role demands a deep understanding of the SAP S/4HANA BRIM modules (including Convergent Charging, Convergent Mediation, Convergent Invoicing, and Contract Accounting) to support subscription-based or usage-based services. Responsibilities: Solution Design and Architecture: Design end-to-end BRIM architecture in SAP S/4HANA based on business requirements. Develop and validate technical design for BRIM processes, including billing, invoicing, and revenue management. Ensure that the BRIM architecture is scalable, resilient, and meets performance requirements. Project Leadership: Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions within the SAP BRIM landscape. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. Implementation and Customization: Configure and customize BRIM components (Convergent Charging, Convergent Mediation, Convergent Invoicing, and Contract Accounting) to meet unique client needs. Integrate SAP BRIM with other SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring smooth data flow. Drive the development of custom enhancements and interfaces as needed. Optimization and Support: Monitor and troubleshoot SAP BRIM system performance, implementing optimizations as required. Provide post-implementation support, issue resolution, and performance tuning for BRIM solutions. Conduct regular system reviews to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that solutions comply with industry regulations and corporate policies. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, configuration, processes, and enhancements. Train and mentor junior consultants or client team members in SAP BRIM processes.
