Role: IFS Projects Functional Manager Location: Houston-TX (Remote with Travel) Job Description: Day-to-Day Responsibilities: You will be responsible for designing and validating an IFS Project solution and ensuring its End to End successful implementation. You will be developing business-related knowledge to understand and solve clients' requirements. You will help validate our IFS Projects Capability to the end customer and our internal verticals. You will assist in gathering requirements, discoveries, whiteboarding solutions, and product demos. You will help be part of the team to deliver Transformation engagements with hands-on experience You will assist with putting together the proposals and bids for IFS opportunities. You will help develop proprietary solutions by harvesting unique solutions delivered in the engagement. You will work directly with the IFS practice team regarding capabilities, knowledge, solutions, etc. Required Skills and Experience: Strong Knowledge and Experience in implementing IFS as a Project consultant Background in process engineering, development, and Management Knowledge and/or experience of General Manufacturing, Distribution, and Supply Chain Processes. 10+ years of experience in Management consulting with at least two IFS implementations Education: BS, Accounting or related educational degree Should be experienced in the foundation, people leadership, service & delivery. Should be proficient in presentations & stakeholder management.
