Role: Application Support Engineer As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Master proficiency in Epic Systems is required.
