Position: Senior Customer/1 Techno Functional Analyst Location: Remote (travel occasionally) Duration: Long Term MOI: Phone and Video Senior Customer/1 Techno Functional Analysts to our team in Baltimore Maryland. The work is mostly remote. If you are out of town you might occasionally have to travel onsite for important occasions. This effort is in flight and is expected to last through Fall of 2023. The effort is converting an existing Customer/1 installation to a current release of CC&B Key Requirements (must have): Multiple engagements where the primary role was gathering and understanding the Customer/1 business requirements, designing the solution and seeing the effort through testing and implementation Must have extensive knowledge of the overall Customer/1 system and have depth in one or more specialty areas such as: Billing, Payment, Credit Collections, Field activities, Orders, etc. Prefer MDM experience Prefer Public Utilities experience Data Conversion experience 10+ years professional experience in Information Technology Conversion or upgrade experience Very strong SQL competence. You will build and execute your own SQL to carve out data extracts as you review and design the conversion criteria. You will build and execute your own SQL to test the data in to ensure that the systems converted the data accurately. Duties: Map/translate the business requirements to the source data structures Define control points Work with technical teams to ensure they follow your techno functional design Create data extracts and test to ensure proper conversion during mocks and final conversion run Data cleanup post implementation Manual conversion when necessary Work with system integrator to ensure conversion Keywords: |
