Advanced, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Lead the development and optimization of the GIS System of Engagement (SoE) to enhance cloud solutions and integrate systems, ensuring a seamless experience for users throughout the Department Oversee the maintenance and upgrading of AASHTOWare systems, ensuring that they remain current and effective for user needs Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing processes and applications, working closely with the Application Services Team to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation Collaborate with both internal and external customers to gather and refine business requirements, while developing actionable deliverables and performing advanced database analytics Provide expert technical support for GIS functionalities to FDOT Central Office and Districts, utilizing technologies such as ArcGIS Enterprise and GIS web map services Implement strategic designs and manage projects related to ArcGIS, ESRI WebApps, and AASHTOWare while offering high-level technical support for related services Dive deep into the installation and management of ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise environments as well as ESRI desktop software, providing expert knowledge in these areas Perform critical technical assignments in support of Application Services, including user account management and metadata maintenance Requirements QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Experience in web-based application (ex. ESRI WebApps) development with ArcGIS Enterprise (minimum 8 years). Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise a must (minimum 5 years). Experience with ArcGIS Portal management a must (minimum 5 years) Experience with ArcGIS Online (minimum 8 years) Experience with SQL Server & Geodatabase management Experience with ArcGIS for Desktop and Extensions (minimum 5 years). Experience with ArcGIS Pro and Extensions (minimum 5 years). Experience with developing and maintaining documentation, including metadata. Experience with Mongo, Express, React, or Node JS (MERN), .Net Core, Entity Framework, SQL Server, or Angular Experience with developing Cloud solutions or web-based ArcGIS APIs (ESRI JavaScript API, ArcGIS REST API, Portal API, etc. minimum 5 years) Education: Bachelor's in Geography, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent qualifications.
