Healthcare BA with PM (Healthcare)

Remote/Nashville

Responsibilities:

Works on high complexity projects.

Ability to drive projects to successful completion.

Manages business and IT projects and work streams in a matrix environment

Business Analyst background to understand the big picture and business process flows.

Effective communication skills.

Ability to elicit and document requirements.

Able to work with multi-functional teams and across functional boundaries.

Ensures attainment of and delivery to project charter, scope, schedules and budgets.

Acts as a single point of contact for the project

Develops and deliver presentations

Conducts kick-off meetings, participates on cross-functional teams, addresses inter-departmental issues; establishing and communicating project schedules, objectives, priorities, and targets

Keeps project stakeholders informed on project status by reporting on: identifying risks, issues, testing progress and performance in relation to schedule and timelines.

Responsible for leading projects and programs from the ideation through final implementation.

Develops detailed work plans, project schedules, project timelines. project estimates, resource plans and status reports.

Interfaces with senior project staff regarding status of projects.

Actively participates in all phases of the project. Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project.

Manages risk by routinely identifying assessing and developing mitigation plans for events that could impact the success of the project or program.

Ensures compliance with Project Management policies procedures and standards to ensure proper administration of activities.

Modifies personal approach and style to reflect changing circumstance.

Manages their own time effectively to maximize utilization and to balance demands from multiple projects.

Manages the impacts and interdependencies between projects.

Facilitates executive steering committee meetings.

Performs other duties as directed by management.

Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management

Business Analyst background to understand the big picture and business process flows

Ability to manage multiple projects at once
