Conduct Requirements Analysis, Architecting and Design the overall software architecture for the Android applications for automotive infotainment systems. Implement, verify and validate system, to ensure implementation meets system requirements. Deliver and deploy solutions, ensuring that they are on time, within budget and meet the required standards. Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation. Handle technical issues and problems with customers and provide viable solutions. Lead, mentor and guide a team of engineers in software projects and technical streams. Required Skills (Technical Competency): Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), OR a related field PLUS five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: Android BSP & framework customization; Android Automotive HMI development; Linux; C; C++; Git; Gerrit; Repo; SVN; Jira; Redmine; Mantis; Agile; ASPICE; Android studio; MS Visual Studio; Astah; MS Visio; Confluence; CAN tool; SonarQube; GDB, and; Secure Coding Checker. Travel to unanticipated client locations approximately 30% as required.
