Work with businessteams to understand the challenges of change: Process change; data change;System change; Data migration; and the impacts on individuals and the potentialfor resistance to change. Communicatewith project team to ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development,testing and deployment Participatein business workshops as needed. Identify businesspriorities and advise business partners on options and technical limitations. Provides detailedwritten reports on project progress and any roadblocks encountered. Qualifications: Bachelor's degreeor equivalent experience 8 years of experiencein related, progressive roles 6 years of experienceas a business analyst, system analyst or quality analyst Training orexperience in creating use cases, business modeling and business requirements Demonstratedexperience in driving projects independently Bachelors degreein a related field or equivalent required.
