Job Title: Node.JS Developer Location: Hartford, CT Onsite Job Type: Contract Looking who working any implementation. Primary and Core Focus is Hands-on development exp with Node.JS Key Responsibilities Develop and Maintain Server-Side Applications : Design, build, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js. Database Management : Create and manage databases, ensuring data security, accuracy, and accessibility. API Development : Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to deliver seamless user experiences. Optimize Application Performance : Identify and address performance bottlenecks to improve speed and scalability. Code Quality and Standards : Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshooting and Debugging : Detect and resolve issues to ensure the application runs smoothly. Stay Updated : Keep up with the latest trends and advancements in Node.js and related technologies. Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ES6+ syntax. Hands-on experience with Node.js and frameworks like Express.js, Koa, or NestJS. Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and client-side libraries. Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Proficiency in version control systems like Git. Knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture. Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (preferred). Experience with containerization tools like Docker (a plus). Soft Skills : Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail and ability to write clear technical documentation. Educational Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
