Job Requirements:   

Experience 8 or above

        ManageOracle Fusion (Procurement, Financials, HCM, etc), Role Based Security,upgrades and security.

       Implement, manage, and support desktop and Software as a Service (SaaS)application systems.

       Configure and develop applications, custom processes, functionality,reports, queries, interfaces, and system integration in support of businessneeds.

        Ensuredata integrity within systems owned. Understand data relationships, resolvedata and interface issues.

        Provideassistance with documents necessary to procure required systems, licenses,maintenance, and support. Ensure any renewals are completed before expirationand Capital Metro is compliant with vendor licensing requirements.

       Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours IT support.

        Partnerwith stakeholders to undertake full IT ownership of the systems and projectsassigned and become proficient in the technical and functional aspects of thesesystems.

        Providetechnical support and leadership assistance on projects.  Successfully assist in tasks or projects asassigned. Provide leadership assistance in working with technology vendors andimplementation partners to implement technical solutions.

        Provideperiodic reports to management.

        Developand ensure updates to technical and/or user documentation. Train users onsystems and processes. Lead in efforts to encourage system use and adoptionwith the business areas. Act as an advocate and advisor for the application oftechnology solutions to the agency.

        Providesupport and assist in leadership in proactively setting up and managing systemsin excellent working condition through implementation and monitoring of alerts,regular maintenance activities, performance tuning, software updates andpatches. Provide leadership in working with internal IT teams and technologyvendors to ensure all systems are available and secure on a 24/7 basis.

        Supportand assist in leading efforts in system security by ensuring compliance tosecurity standards and policies, monitoring access privileges, conducting riskassessments, investigation of suspicious activities, and remediation ofidentified security threats or risks.

        Documenttest cases and perform comprehensive testing during implementation andupgrades.

        Supportand assist in leading the planning and undertaking of periodic risk analysis ofsystems and mitigate risks wherever possible. Lead in the planning and testingof disaster recovery. Support and assist in leading implementing, monitoringand verifying backups. Lead resolving issues.

        Followchange management and change control processes to plan and deploy systemchanges. Perform change-impact analysis. Communicate changes to stakeholders andIT.

       Research, develop and implement IT standards and best practice policiesor procedures.

        SupportCapital Metropolitan Transportation Authoritys Safety Management Systems (SMS)process by following safety and security policies, considering safety in everyaction and reporting safety and security concerns.

      Performother duties as required and/or assigned in support of the Capital MetroStrategic Goals and the IT Vision, Mission, and Objectives aligned to thesegoals.

Must Have:

        Bachelors degree in InformationTechnology, Computer Science, or related field. Additional related experience may substitute for degree on a year foryear basis up to four (4) years.

        Four (4) years of experience withinformation technologies and systems analysis that includes 
ERP Financial Systems andtwo (2) years of experience with Oracle Fusion (Procurement, Financials, HCM,Role Based Security), Oracle report development.

        Experience working on, configuring, andsupporting multiple commercial off-the-shelf or custom-built cloud or on-premise enterprise business application systems.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

        Experience with direct end user supportin a customer service role.

        Experience in troubleshooting,analyzing logs, and utilizing debugging tools for timely resolution oftechnical problems.

        Excellent organization abilities,analytical skills and communication skills including the ability to effectivelycommunicate technical information to a non-technical audience.

        Be self-motivated and seekopportunities for continuous improvement of IT skills and processes.  Be a catalyst and a willing participant oforganizational changes.

        Ability to work in a team environmentin a matrix organization, partnering well with employees, management, users,business areas, vendors, contractors and undertake duties and tasks as assignedwithout close supervision

        Ability to be a positive andconstructive contributor in a team-based environment

        Knowledge of Information SystemImplementation Lifecycle desired.

        Ability to effectively manage multiplepriorities and diverse groups of people and activities simultaneously

        Intermediate proficiency usingMicrosoft Office Suite.

        Demonstrated leadership ability.

        Demonstrated dedication to customerservice.
