Our client, a highly established organization, is embarking on a significant migration project. They are moving their remaining applications from a legacy mainframe platform to an existing Microsoft platform. This includes areas such as Accounting, Pensions, Disability, and Vouchering. They are in need of a Project Manager (PM) who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of this project. What you will be doing Establishing and maintaining communication with management, product owners, and business analysts to define required work and timelines using a Minimum Variable Product (MVP) approach. Creating detailed project plans in line with the organization's methodology, and continuously updating these to ensure timely and consistent project updates. Setting and managing schedules, driving activities, identifying risks and dependencies, and developing mitigation strategies. Effectively planning deliverables to efficiently utilize the team's resources. The right person has PMP or other project management certification. Experience in managing large-scale migration projects. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and build meaningful relationships at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to drive a project team to achieve their organizational objectives.
