The Plant & Power Systems Business Analyst is a part of the Client Energy Competency Centre. Proactively participates as a member of the Plant Product Delivery Team and is an active member in relevant IT Natural Working Teams

Provide in-house support for custom C scripts within the Monarch application

Role 2 : IT Projects Business Analyst

BACKGROUND

In its refreshed strategy, T&S has set the implementation of the Carbon Management Framework (CMF) as a high priority to support Client's target to be a net-zero emissions energy business by 2050. Accordingly, the T&S Carbon Transformation program was initiated under the existing T&S Transformation program to implement CMF, enable meeting our carbon targets, and take the opportunity to grow T&S business by providing clarity to our customers on the carbon intensity in a deal.

OBJECTIVE

The T&S Carbon Digital Workstream will address the data & digital needs of the program and will have the following objectives:

1.Support the development of Net Carbon Footprint (NCF) methodology for T&S sales by providing required data & digital solutions as well as assessing data feasibility of various approaches.

2.Timely Aggregate 3rd party sales and supply data required for NCF reporting at a granular level for decision making and monitoring.

3.Implement Management Information (MI) solution for NCF reporting and implementation of Carbon Budgets within T&S businesses.

4.Implement solution to Actualize Carbon Intensity and total emissions in T&S carbon calculations.

5.Enable provisioning of T&S data required for carbon reporting to S&D/DS/Enterprise initiatives.

Note: The above objectives are limited to Scope 3 lifecycle emissions of all T&S energy products.

PRJOJECT 1 (WS5A): CARBON DATA VISUALISATION

Carbon Management & Reporting is required at all levels i.e., across T&S businesses and throughout the value chain, at the region, GM-ship, and energy product type level.

This project will implement a data aggregation and visualisation solution to automate the Net Carbon Footprint (NCF) calculation and MI reporting for Products business on volume, CO2E, and margin per tonne of CO2 emitted of existing & future businesses while ensuring data consistency, integrity, and security.

The reporting will reconcile with relevant financial reporting and feed into/reconcile with DS/S&D/Enterprise Carbon Reporting & Forecasting projects.

Automation will include 3rd party sales & supply data extraction, classification (e.g., Counterparty classification), transformation, and aggregation for reporting/insights.

The reporting will align & merge with existing reporting solutions for Gas, Power, and LNG for T&S level visualization.

Role 4 : IT Projects Business Analyst

We are looking for a IT Business Analyst to join our team to help with a pilot we are implementing in a section of the DS Business. The platform we want to use is the SalesForce Marketing Cloud suite, and therefore are looking for a team to implement the minimal viable product and see whether or not it fits the business requirements.

The IT Business Analyst will need to be able to work in an Agile manner, as we are looking to possibly deploy the solution in 4 sprints of 2 weeks each approximately. The IT BA will need to be proficient at BA concepts and tools and be able to help and sometimes lead discussions alongside with the IT Project Manager.

The IT Business Analyst will need to have experience in the SalesForce platform and preferably also in the SalesForce Marketing Cloud Suite.

What are we doing:

Creating an environment in SFMC where we can run a campaign for the purposes of this pilot to see if the platform will suffice the needs of the business going forward for their targeted communication.
