Should have mortgage exp and able to write SQL user stories Strong understanding of business processes, data analysis, and solution design. Proficient in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
