This effort consolidates multiple CareFirst data sources related to member preferences into one platform. Member preferences include surname, pronouns, physical letter vs. email preference, call vs. email, communication frequency, etc. Although future data sources have not been identified, someone from a healthcare background combined with a strong background in data lake, data repository, and Snowflake would be a good start.
