This person will be required to articulate needs to stakeholders and relay pertinent information to management under tight deadlines Understanding obstacles and develop plans to overcome them Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate complex concepts in simple, actionable terms Highly motivated self-starter with preference to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment Experience presenting to management Experience with customer and sales flows in key CRM platforms and systems (i.e., SFDC, Adobe, etc.) Even better if you have: Masters degree more impressive if you have an MBA Key deliverables This role will be primarily responsible for: Building Use Cases for new decisioning functionality and the impact to offer operations Initiating milestones and timelines Aligning people and a willingness to take action and follow through Writing user stories Developing comprehensive views that summarize activities for executive, marketing and technical leads Responsible for producing high quality deliverables in a timely fashion. Perform technical evaluation of products. Perform user story grooming, iteration planning and retrospectives as well as implementation activities. Responsible for analyzing problems for the overall system (s) and program (s) while acting independently. Work as a team member and provide technical leadership and/or business-related subject matter expertise on programs of varying complexity. Ensure systems implementations occur in accordance with established Change Control procedures.
