Need candidate from Geneva Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Analyst in the capital markets sector, with a focus on front office trading systems and FX trading. Strong knowledge of EMS, OMS, and PMS platforms and their role in trading operations. Demonstrated experience in developing target operating models and implementing process improvements. Proficiency in business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation. Technically savvy with the ability to understand system architectures, data flows, and integration points. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Target Operating Model Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document the target operating model for front office trading. Analyze current state processes, systems, and workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
