Key Responsibilities: Data Extraction and Cleaning: Accessing data from various Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) Identifying and addressing data quality issues, including duplicates and inconsistencies Data transformation and manipulation to prepare it for analysis Statistical Analysis: Performing statistical analysis using appropriate techniques to identify trends and patterns within the data Calculating key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to business objectives Reporting and Visualization: Developing comprehensive reports and dashboards using Power BI or other visualization tools Creating interactive and user-friendly visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders Business Insights and Recommendations: Interpreting data analysis results to identify actionable insights and business opportunities Communicating key findings and recommendations to relevant teams to inform decision-making Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Working closely with business users to understand their data needs and requirements Gathering feedback on reports and dashboards to ensure alignment with business objectives Data Governance and Maintenance: Ensuring data integrity and compliance with data governance policies Monitoring data quality and implementing necessary data cleansing procedures Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI: Creating and managing data visualizations within Power BI SQL Querying Skills: Writing complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from Dynamics 365 Data Analysis Tools: Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and tools like Excel, R, or Python Dynamics 365 Platform Knowledge: Understanding the structure and functionalities of different Dynamics 365 modules Keywords: business intelligence rlang information technology microsoft North Carolina Hiring!
