Identity and Access Management Engineer resources manage the ongoing development and configuration of WAHBEs Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution using ForgeRock technology. This resource is responsible for designing, managing, and monitoring IAM; ensuring appropriate security controls are implemented; assisting the risk management team in IT audits; and assisting the incident response team in investigating IT security incidents and breaches. They are also responsible for assessing new IAM requirements and providing impact reports and status updates to leadership. Mandatory Skills: 7+ years of experience in implementing Identity and Access Management solutions in hybrid multi-cloud, multi-tenant environments. Provide subject matter expertise for Identity and Access Management services, entities, configuration, and best practices. Develop any required automation necessary to build, test, deploy, manage, or maintain IAM Cloud solutions. Experience with modern SDLC methods and the ability to learn and adapt to various methodologies utilized across teams. Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on IAM and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes. Design, develop, and operate IAM controls regarding access controls and certifications per business requirements. Lead the conversation with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and compliance, to align IAM requirements with business goals. Strong advanced troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze logs, system changes, and system health for root causes. Experience in assisting incident investigations during security/privacy incidents. Experience developing and documenting business processes and workflows as implemented in IAM. Desired Skills: Experience understanding and implementing IT security controls. Experience working with security information and event management. Experience in the government and/or healthcare fields. Good understanding of containerization technology. Understanding of standards and guidelines in areas such as IRS PUB 1075, MARS-E, NIST, FISMA, HITECH, etc. Bachelors or Masters degree in Cybersecurity or a related field. ForgeRock Identity & Access Specialist or Professional certification(s).
