Document the enterprise architecture infrastructure established. MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS: Eight (8) years of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes. At least five (5) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity. Possess a bachelors degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Five (5) years of FTE experience developing technical solutions, including gap analysis, and developing plans for transitioning to target architecture. Defining policies and principles to guide technology decisions for the enterprise architecture, including privacy, security, development standards, and stakeholder collaboration. Five (5) years of FTE experience of technical writing. Documenting the 'as is' and 'to be' enterprise architecture infrastructure ( including but not limited to business units, key processes, and various modeling techniques). Five (5) years of FTE experience as an Administrative level user of Atlassian tools. Including, but not limited to, Jira Align, Jira Software, and Confluence DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: Experience administering Atlassian products, including Jira Align, at an enterprise level. Familiarity with Atlassian architecture, API, database tables, application logs, and email handlers. Experience with Jira Query Language (JQL), scripting, and automation. (Five (5) points will be given for every one (1) year of experience for a maximum of twenty-five (25) points) Experience with Atlassian migrations, either within the Atlassian ecosystem or to /from external systems. Owning, managing, defining, and optimizing standard SaaS tools and processes to drive tool-specific best practices and increased collaboration. (Five (5) points will be given for every one (1) year of experience for a maximum of fifteen (15) points) Current Atlassian Certifications. Fifteen (15) points. Experience maintaining the scalability, sustainability, and manageability following industry standards and best practices for enterprise Atlassian ecosystems. Demonstrated experience developing Jira workflows, customizations, and standardizations to support enterprise-level reporting.
