Comprehensive understanding of HR, payroll, and absence management best practices and compliance requirements. Strong knowledge of payroll cycles, tax regulations, deductions, and benefits processing. Ability to interact with cross-functional teams such as HR, IT, Finance, and other business units to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Expertise in creating functional specifications, user guides, and training documentation. Technical Skills: Experience in PeopleTools, including Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and Component Interfaces. Strong understanding of SQL and PS Query for reporting and troubleshooting. Knowledge of PeopleSoft Integration Tools such as Web Services and REST APIs. Experience with SQR programming and Crystal Reports for custom report development. Familiarity with system security and PeopleSoft role-based access control. Ability to perform data migrations, apply patches, and handle system upgrades. Knowledge of workflow automation and configuring approval processes within PeopleSoft. Experience with third-party integrations related to payroll and absence management. General Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll calculations, absence reporting, and system integrations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
