Good written and oral communication skills. Ability to work with diverse project team Key Responsibilities Work closely with HR SMEs and IT team along with the SI partner team to assist with the implementation of Workday HCM platform and its integrations with other systems Collaborate with HR functional leads and participate in the review of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations that meet business needs Participate in the System testing assist with preparing test scripts and testing business process and configurations Provide expertise related to data extraction and cleansing, data mapping as well as validating the accuracy of data after upload Help with testing the integrations Complete tasks as assigned to support the implementation of new platform Follow PMO processes and procedures for effective management of work Document policies and procedures for Workday support tasks and change management Keywords: information technology green card Business Analyst- HCM || Remote role || USC GC GC-EAD H4-EAD Only sandeep.s@winorbittech.com |
